The Summer '04 IFB kicked off Saturday, July 31 at The Winston School, in Del Mar, CA with participants joining the fraternity of filmmakers from as far away as Louisiana, Virginia and Washington, DC. By the end of the first day, two seperate storylines where hashed out for a movie that would be cast, shot and edited through rough cut by Sunday, Aug. 8.

Award-winning writer-producer Larry Brody was given the assignment of selecting which storyline to develop. He delivered the script, Tick-Tock, the following afternoon.
